Property Insurance Secured for 2 Hotels Worth £20m

A property owner with a complex financial history needed to secure finance against two hotels.

Both hotels had a combined rebuild sum of £20.5m, one currently unoccupied and the other Grade B listed, which had not had property insurance for quite some time. The lender who we secured an offer with understandably required property insurance before the case could complete. Thanks to our great relationships with our specialist property insurance partners, this was a case we were more than ready to assist with.

After working closely with all parties involved, we secured a quote to cover the full rebuild amount (£20m). Once property insurance had been obtained, we swiftly secured a £64,000 loan to meet the client’s expectations.
