The Client

A large development firm reached out looking to fund a new high end apartment build of an old, listed hospital building. The client wanted to build 72 apartments across 2 buildings, creating a one-off development encompassing the buildings character and history.

The Situation

We presented several options from development lenders, leaving the client spoilt for choice. With all elements considered, and advice from our expert team the client decided on a lender offering the best terms. We then arranged a site visit with the client and chosen lender.

The Outcome

With the full loan amount secured, the client was able to fulfil their initial development plans. A set of 72 completed apartments were built a stones throw away from the city centre. Our focus on the finance meant the developer was able to concentrate on other challenges, from staffing to adhering to the listed buildings build requirements. Our Corporate Sales Director Sat got hands on with this project. He visited the site at multiple stages through to completion. Taking snapshots along the way, we shared the professional pictures with the client to market and reflect on a truly special build.
