The Role: Lending Manager
As a Lending Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end journey of new loan applications from application through to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for every customer. You’ll build strong relationships with brokers, lenders, and internal teams, using your expertise to guide each case from submission to completion.
What you’ll do:
Take ownership of loan applications, delivering exceptional service to all stakeholders.
Manage your pipeline, ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth, transparent journey.
Maintain up-to-date product and criteria knowledge, sharing insights with your team.
Liaise with brokers and escalate issues promptly to keep cases moving.
