We are seeking an experienced Insurance and Protection Adviser with a proven track record in advising on life, protection, critical illness and general insurance products.
The Role: Insurance and Protection Adviser
This is a client-facing advisory role where you will be provided with warm leads generated by our established mortgage business.
You must have 2 to 3 years experience working in a regulated environment advising clients on protection products and hold a minimum of CII Level 3 (level 4 preferred).
You will be responsible for management of your own pipeline of clients, conducting effective consultations and detailed fact finds to provide compliant, tailored protection advice that achieves good customer outcomes and producing consistently high conversions.

What You’ll Do:
Conduct thorough analysis of clients’ needs to recommend suitable insurance solutions tailored to their individual circumstances
Maintain comprehensive, accurate client records, adhering to company standards
Communicate insurance product details clearly to diverse customer groups
Liaise directly with our mortgage advice team to provide insurance products tailored to the customers mortgage journey
Take responsibility for pipeline management and achieving sales targets
What You Will Get

What We’re Looking For
Fully completed Advanced Diploma CII Level 3 (Level 4 preferred)
Experience working in a regulated financial services environment
Minimum of 2 years' client facing experience advising on protection products
Ability to effectively manage a live client pipeline in order to achieve sales targets
